Students:
TCS and Legacy are small-town environments. They aren’t that big, so everyone knows everyone. It’s a nice break from the swarming chaos of the rest of NYC.    Hannah R., 9th Grade

My favorite aspect of The Child School/Legacy High School is that the teachers, co-teachers have timeless patience. Because of this school I am much smarter and not frustrated anymore. This school helped me to be who I am today. The teachers have a unique way of teaching; they make learning fun by doing things in a different way. The school system is all about the school faculty team getting students prepared for the real world and teaching those new strategies on how to make learning easier. The school staff shows a lot of compassion, respect and patience to their students. The Faculty at The Child School/Legacy High School are good role models and show us on how to be leaders for the younger students and to teach them on how to be a leader and not a follower. The Child School is a great school for kids that have problems like Dyslexia or learning disabilities or are too silly, too bad or too rude. I love this school because it helps me with Dyslexia.
