Admissions Procedures

The following items must be submitted simultaneously to be considered for admittance to The Child School/Legacy High School:

1. Completed Application

2. Most Current IEP (within 1 year)

3. Most Current Psycho-educational and/or Neuropsychological Evaluation (within 3 years)

4. Any current Related Service Provider Reports (if applicable). Optional, but it will help us to work with your child.

5. School Transcript (Grades 9-12) The credits earned will help us place your child in the right grade.

6. Two Years of Report Cards (Grades K-8)

7. Application Processing Fee ($50 non-refundable fee) * Fee is waived if your child is already approved by the Department of Education for NPS
